BUILDING WORKER

POWER

JOIN A DIVERSE COALITION OF WORKING CLASS VIRGINIANS FIGHTING FOR HOUSING JUSTICE, SOCIAL EQUITY, AND DIGNIFIED WORKPLACES.

WHO WE ARE

The Fredericksburg Worker Center is a grassroots, worker-run organization building power among poor and working class Virginians. We educate and empower marginalized communities through Know Your Rights trainings, community organizing, and leadership development. Our approach to organizing is intersectional; we link race, gender, sexuality, ability and class in all of our projects. We primarily serve Virginians living in the Fredericksburg area, but our projects will often extend beyond those boundaries. Please reach out and learn more.
